We’re super new to working out and have started using a medicine ball for partner exercises. Yesterday we were doing a few over unders and diagonal back to back passes.
Our lower backs and rib areas are really sore this morning, and it hurts to bend over. Not in an injured kind of way, just really sore. I know this is a part of working out, especially since we just started but we were wondering if there was a belt or something we could use.
