So I had a iPhone 4 I got from Craigslist when I bought it I didn’t know it was bad esn. Anyways it didn’t really matter to me as I was just using it as a iPod, my mom found the phone and took it to the police station(She doesn’t like me to have electronics with no receipt in the house) since it’s bad esn what will most likely happen to me? Will they think I stole it? My mom told them to find the rightful owner. Anyways I didn’t do anything illegal to obtain it. Two years ago I got christmas money and went online and bought 3 beats by dr dre tours(Replicas) for $50. I kept one safe, Used one and then gave one to my brother we got in a fight and he sold me out so two of them were taken(I kept one hidden for a few months till things cooled down. Then I sold the tours for $50(I stated they were replicas) then I bought some replica over ear beats by dre. I sold those for $300. I don’t know why someone would pay that much but I did state they were replicas( I wasn’t going to pass up selling them for $300) After that I didn’t have anything I wanted to buy so I kept the money and while I was searching craigslist I found a iPhone 4 for $200 so I bought that then bought some authentic ibeats. I have had the iPhone for about six months or so maybe four.(The iPhone was taken from me and given to the police about two days ago) Now that the police have it what’s going to happen to me? Will I have to go to Juvi?
