I have a VGA port in my laptop and my monitor has a DVI port. I know that VGA is analogue and DVI digital, if I got a VGA to DVI cable like this link:

Would this give an digital signal? Will it be good quality? Will it carry sound to my monitor or would i need to buy external speakers and plug them into my laptop for sound to work?

I wanted to buy a used phone online (ebay/amazon) since nobody carries the type anymore : AT&T motorola backflip( with a New sim card)
So if I buy it could I use at&t’s go phone minutes refills ? Like the prepaid cards that you buy and you just activate through you phone ? Would thAt work? And also how would I know what my phone number is ?

It works just fine on everything except for the internet. I checked the mixer and it says volume is maxed on google chrome, but I still can’t hear anything. Youtube sound says it’s working, yet no sound. Any way I can fix this?

I currently have an HP Pavilion p6703w Pc desktop and if you google it the hp website that comes up should have the model and all of the exact specifications. I am only vaguely aware of the operations within a computer and I always find it safer to ask than experiment with pricey electronics. I want to upgrade my graphics card and I will need to upgrade the power supply along with it. These are the ones I was looking at and I want to know if they will fit/are compatible.

I believe the card says it is for a PCI express x16 and I think the spec page says I have that but I want an opinion from someone who actually knows what they are talking about before I commit to buying it. Also if you look at the parts but you know something better for it (especially if it is a better deal fiscally) then please feel free to share that as well.
